Specifies waiting time between release of bubble to start of next bubble nucleation.

bubble_waiting_time	User defined bubble waiting time for the wall boiling model.
waiting_time_fraction	Waiting time between the bubble departure and the next bubble formation, as a fraction of the bubble departure period. Used to calculate the liquid quenching heat transfer coefficient for the wall boiling model.
